Pok-a-Dot

pok-a-dot

blue dot

wore you in

a sunny spot

wore you when

remember then

favorite time

clothes made

to remain

favorite suit

blue dots

white shirt

blue shorts

sun spot

five, six, seven, eight

life was never great

neighbor by

same as I

wondered why

little girl

little boy

mystery of

nature's world

same as I

asking why

i'm not shy

mama dear

not so dear

had great fear

daughter's lost

evil cost

poke-a-dot

blue dot

half dot

no dot

gone dot

gone

cold as ice

cold ice

someone please

save my life

cord of plastic

fiberic plastic

where clothes hang

now feel my skin

swollen skin

small skin

little skin

child's sin

ice

cold as ice

feel the blow

no equal fight

someone please

save my life

One, two, three,

now what’s been told

small girl

naked girl

naughty girl

one, two, three,

can't hear your plea

mama please

please

don't kill me

where is she

she who sews

touch of gold

only she

can set me free

kiss my face

pray for me

and daughter's fate

touch my soul

help me not

repeat her hate

a grandma's touch

is so much more

than a mother's blow.
